There are several things you can do if you would like to quit using tobacco and need help.

 Visit Your Campus Health Center

 

The health center staff know how to treat nicotine addiction.  There are free nicotine patches, gum and lozenges available in the health center for anyone who wants to quit.  It’s best to call ahead and make an appointment.
